Information we collect
If you join the early updates list, we collect the email address you submit and basic request metadata needed to operate the signup form.
When Quackshell relays a browser request to an active CLI session, the request and response bodies are transient. We do not store relayed page content, files, videos, PDFs, app responses, or other message payloads.
We may collect operational metadata needed to run, secure, debug, and limit the service, such as token identifiers, session identifiers, timestamps, request paths, status codes, payload sizes, latency, error details, and aggregate usage counts.
How we use information
We use submitted email addresses to send Quackshell updates, manage early access, and understand interest in the product. We use relay metadata to operate the service, diagnose failures, monitor performance, prevent abuse, and enforce usage limits.
How we store information
Early signup information and relay metadata are stored in infrastructure operated for Quackshell. Access is limited to people working on Quackshell operations. Relayed message payloads are not stored by Quackshell.
Sharing
We do not sell early signup email addresses. We may use service providers that help us host, operate, or secure Quackshell.
